Agree, Alex Mashinsky is guilty and should be in jail however it doesn't appear to negate the Celsius TOS making it clear you were in effect giving your assets ownership to Celsius. Overall your trading plan makes good sense however with that said, #5 and #8 are concerns. Profit targets seem too high, if you risk say 1% on a trade then 1.5 to 2% profit is good. As far as #8 goes it seems far too subjective. After all, how can you tell if chart says sell?

My daily trade plan:
1. 1-2 trades a day
2. If 1st trade is a winner, I’m done
3. If 1st trade is a loser, I take a 2nd
4. Win or lose on the 2nd and I’m done
5. 5-25% profit targets
6. Only trade from 930-11
7. Don’t hold day trades overnight
8. Sell losers when the chart says

As far as I recall the Celsius TOS clearly said assets are owned by Celsius network not the customers so TOS in-print unfortunately is far more legally valid vs what Alex said verbally,

pyramid schemes. A lot of them are standard issue fraud. The rest of them are just middlemen skimming of the

Having worked in the SEC Enforcement Division for 18 yrs, including 11 as Chief of the SEC Office of Internet Enforcement, my take is that when crypto trading firms fabricate their own tokens, it’s not innovation, it’s securities fraud and counterfeiting.

U.S. traders aren't allowed to be short busd only long thus at a big disadvantage. That's not often realized or understood. It's also one of several reasons traders using TradeConfident .io http://bit.ly/3zRyGvR lost big time as they could only buy in a bear market never sell.
Ok mike i love the way you think and you truly have a different way at looking at the crypto market i appreciate it but i do think that they betting on that is not the best bet right now i am short $busd so i can't lose a lot but i do have some protection

Unless there's a surge in exchange failures in 2023 we feel it's safer with coins on-exchange, those without bankruptcy rumors. Off-exchange storage & wallets are error prone, tedious & high possibility of misc mistakes and no way to recover passwords. Been there and done that.

In Nov the AAX exchange froze withdrawals. Now they appear out of business, website is down and its said CEO skipped town with funds. What with a reported 2-million users losing money AAX has received little publicity for some odd reason. Anyone know more?

We just realized how both strong (yet weak at same time) Micro Dow Jones futures looked this P.M. There was a rare 20 straight Heikin-Ashi 5-min green up-bars however bottom strength oscillator is not as strong, now going down with less strength and a negative near term outlook.

Can you make money trading Crypto in 2023? A: 3 of 3: If you are a rare winner you may still lose by holding funds/coins off-exchange in wallets. Crypto wallets are real tedious and error prone with no way to recover passwords or seed phrases, which ppl can easily lose or forget.

As far as domain names go in 2023 my wish is for at least a small number of replies to my inquiry response which was real low in 2022 it’s one of life’s mysteries why they don’t respond with yes no or counter? We had more inquiries end of year but wasted time anyone else see it?
