If you do not actually own a valid copyright (or trademark) and assuming the NFT art has a real copyright (it's extremely unlikely NFTs do) how in the world can you have a legal issue if someone right-clicks on your NFT linked-image and uses it or even re-sells it?

What with the incredibly bad Coinbase support where it literally can take 3 or 4 months to respond to support tickets (in my own experience), it's not easy to have any empathy toward Coinbase financial difficulties. With that deplorable level of support they probaby should fail.

A reason Opensea said contact an attorney is they are aware copyrights aren't included with NFT buys. Courts have ruled only a human can create art work which becomes copyrighted and most all NFTs are made by a computer. Even if non-pc, a copyright is owned by original creator!

Today at the pool I met 'Mary Ellen' who looked at my hat and said how she thought is said Nostradamus (it says 'Webtrading') She said that was because she noticed 4 letters TRAD and for some weird reason she tied it to the old futures predictor NosTRADamus due to the 4 letters.

All NFTs are dubious value for reasons like these: if the server where image resides goes down (for whatever reason) or hosting or domain expires or gets sold you have nothing but a broken URL. Also, original artist likely owns copyright! Do you have legal proof you own the NFT?

Major news found at the bottom of a page on recent Bankruptcy court issues. It says this "Can Celsius recover customer withdrawals or loan liquidations completed in the 90-days before filing as preferences? It appears the court is being asked that question and yes it is possible!

Surprising how Stock Market & US Gov is down-playing recession or denying it. Fed Reserve rate increases move bank borrowing rates to under 3% however rates should be at or near inflation rate, said to be 9% but is really much higher as house, car prices & rents are under-stated.

Did research on Customer Lifetime Value and ran across 2 studies from reliable sources pegging CLVs ranging from 1.2k to $2k. With that said, why did Coinbase cancel its affiliate program which paid an insanely low $5 referral fee & Robinhood paying $35 is only slightly better.

Do U.S. based crypto traders realize what a major disadvantage they have and unlevel playing field by being only able to go long, never short (unless you have a lot of funds at the exchange; I think 250k or more). The answer is trading BTC & ETH mini/micro FUTURES (non-crypto).

It's incredible how Coinbase closed their referral program which paid ridiculously low $5 for a new account vs Robinhood who just announced $35 for new account referral. Even $35 seems low to me. Why does Coinbase think Lifetime Customer Value of an insignificant $5 is too much?

Most everyone is strongly recommending you take your coins and funds off exchanges and move to software or hardware wallets. It seems to me that trend can severely impact overall trading volume because it will not be simple & easy to make trades. Maybe I am missing something?

Looks like the Celsius attorney is being asked if Clawbacks of withdrawn funds by customers as long as 90-days prior to the bankruptcy are a possibility. Not sure how much you need to worry however we understand BK laws make allowance for such a thing!

Did you read Celsius Network court filing where they plan to continue to fund a massive payroll for both employees and executives. Why is that needed when it seems like they can operate with a very small staff now since there's doesn't appear like there's much real work to do?

We heard Coinbase had stopped its widely marketed affiliate program within the past few days, and with little or no announcement. Is that a big Red Flag that Coinbase com may possibly go 'BK' or is having serious financial difficulties?
