Tangerines and Basil Bagle Sandwich

Ingredients for this tasting sandwich follows:

Preparation:

1. Toast the split bagles until they turn slightly brown
2. Spread on cream cheese (1 tablespoon per half-bagle)
3. First top with basil leaves
4. Top next with tangerines slices
5. Sprinkle with pepper last

If you want to try an interesting variation to the Tangerine and Basil Bagle a less juicy and nutritious tangerine substitute is the cantaloupe which becomes the cantaloupe and sweet basil bagel sandwich, combined with the other bagle ingredients shown above.
