Health and Wellness Organization is a website about health and dedicated to the memory of beautiful and lovely Bridget, who without any warning sadly passed-away at a far too young age.
Please note; for confidentiality, legal and personal reasons we are not publishing Bridget's last name, location and family details. We are also not revealing the identity of the persons who caused (directly or indirectly her death) or made worse heroin addiction and drugs more habit-forming or contributed to Bridget's problems and overwhelming lifestyle negativity, including being a victim of domestic violence during her short marriage of at least 7 or 8 reported attacks by her husband. All that combined to result in her 2013 passing away.

Literally, not an hour goes by every waking day of the year (even in dreams) with Bridget being deeply missed beyond all measure. The overwhelming never-ending sadness and crying is made even more troubling due to not having an opportunity to say goodbye along with the non-clear circumstances on the night she died. Making dealing with it more difficult are persistent questions about connections to the disturbing events which took place over her last month of life, and specifically during the last few days of her life on Earth.
Pretty Bridget's early sudden death has been blamed-on and attributable to drugs and substance abuse, and/or an asthma attack. However, that's never been actually verified because for unknown reasons no investigation or autopsy was performed. Her passing may have also involved other issues. It is hoped Bridget's story will help others with addictions and health and wellness issues, especially when combined with problems caused by a non-healthy lifestyle.
Young (and ever younger looking; appearing at least 10-yrs younger than her age), lovely and beautiful Bridget with her cute and alluring appearance, perfect skin, nails and hair, the best designer clothing wardrobe and accessories, her lovely and sweet smile combined with her interesting and captivating one-of-a-kind personality.
Bridget literally lit up any room she entered by lighting the room with her powerful and magnetic persona, always displaying a fabulous look, possessing a sweet and magical power to attract, using friendly well-spoken words and body language, emitting a powerful radiating impression; being the #-1 attraction at all times, wherever she went.
You can be more fortunate than Bridget was in the end thanks to this information regarding Bridget's demise and untimely death. The details of this real-life story can bring you healthy living knowledge, insight and hopefully will also give you the high will-power needed to make good choices in life, avoiding risky situations such as endured by Bridget until her unexpected passing-away.
Don't be like Bridget with drug addictions; both prescription and illicit drugs; i.e. heroin, at first smoking heroin (became addicted to drugs and heroin Sept 2011) and later 'graduating' (a word used by her husband Frankie was 'graduating;) to injecting it (bye year 2012), combined with years of prescription drug abuse; i.e. xanax addiction, plus other prescription drug addictions and related health problems.
At least we are extremely happy to know Bridget had life-after-death and must have made it to Heaven!
How do we know? Because she came back to visit us on Oct 6 with the wind 'still' at that time but near hurricane force by our back door, and not over 1-MPH anywhere else.
The weather chart says 1-MPH highligted in yellow, and 10:30-PM Local TV weatherman said "still wind speed" at the time, meaning zero but a powerful wind was blowing by the patio door!
Again, a very long story for a later day. Look at the chart (doesn't look good on a phone) of the weather and wind speed on that amazing night.
Of course, by now we know smoking of any kind (including inhaling substances such as heroin and marijuana), in addition to cigarettes, can cause emphysema, bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and lung infection, or lung cancer in smokers (also in non-smokers caused by second-hand smoke).
Bridget endured major health problems attributable to cigarette smoking the last few years of life, especially involving off and on times of binge-like cigarette smoking at the same time she got addicted to heroin.
Bridget's addictive smoking habit in all likelihood caused Bridget's signs of lung damage and lung failure. She also said she was told by a doctor she has C.O.P.D., and had on-and-off bouts with asthma and chronic coughing (no doubt from smoking).
Bridget also had a history of other health conditions, including insomnia, dehydration, several unexplained incidents of pneumonia, constipation, kidney infections, mysterious bruising and unusual nose bleeds. She also needed to make numerous visits to the "ER" and urgent-care health centers as a result of disturbing incidents, in particular taking place during the last 20-months of her life.
Bridget also extensively over-exercised for many years to the point of it quite ironically becoming a health issue by itself. As an interesting side-note; she suddenly stopped working-out and going to her health and wellness club gym at the same time her heroin addiction problem started.
There were also a few times in her life of unhealthy weight-loss (sometimes getting down to just 86-pounds, extremely low weight vs her 5-foot 8-inch height and a more normal 125 pounds).
In addition, Bridget suffered from various serious side-effects caused by ongoing prescription drug usage, including occasional hallucinations, unusual behavior, mental and psychological issues plus other related health-and-wellness concerns. Quite ironically, pretty Bridget most always appeared and seemed to be quite healthy, looking like a picture-of-health (thru out the years, even up to and including her year of death).
She truly looked like a real poster-girl and picture-perfect example on good health and wellness to casual friends and others. You would never think, guess or even imagine Bridget was so addicted to drugs and had numerous related health issues and problems, plus major lifestyle negativity.
Her overall health decline escalated greatly during the final 22-months of her all too short life, starting in Sept 2011 when illegal drugs first became addictive along with a new family and home-life contributing heavily to the big health decline at same time.
Bridget had to combine major health and lifestyle negatives she had to cope with plus unhealthy relationships merged with an extremely unusual lifestyle (sometimes being up most all night) and odd sleep patterns, plus ongoing drug use which was worsened by an unusual high-stress home-life and its extremely stressful and abusive environment.
What with both illicit and prescription drug abuse and health issues, combined with major negatives, is it any wonder Bridget died in her early 30s (that's said in retrospect). In the end it turned-out nothing could protect and save her from the overpowering unhealthy lifestyle negativities, health issues and drug use.
Nothing helped her survive; considerable support, help, advice and love from family, numerous visits to quality costly live-in drug rehabs in two states, extensive police involvement and efforts to help from the authorities, the courts, orders of protection, even her high IQ and intelligence, and a college degree (by her mid-20s) in psychology from Arizona State University, didn't help Bridget enjoy a long-life.
Over the course of 15-years (since her late teenage years) Bridget accomplished a lot by concentrating on various health related activities: i.e. getting an herbal medicine degree by age-19, and completing an educational herbal website; having an ongoing commitment to workouts and exercise, running and also making a nice well-written runners website; a powerful devotion to yoga and finishing a knowledgeable yoga website, getting a yoga certificate, and working a short-time as a yoga teacher.
Bridget possessed a very strong life-long dedication to low calorie healthy eating, featuring non-additive, organic food, fat-free dieting and healthy eating habits, including doing an informative healthy food healthy promotions website; plus, vegan and healthy vegetarian diets with healthy eating and exercise for at least 15-years.
It's unfortunate Bridget is not here to tell "the story of my life" herself in greater detail, and say more about why all the healthy activities she was so heavily devoted to for so long did not help prolong her life.
Bridget enjoyed access to considerable money, travel and vacations with luxury accommodations. Bridget also owned a costly and impressive designer clothing wardrobe with luxury accessories, she also owned a new Lexus (which she paid cash for). None of that helped her live a long life.
Don't follow in Bridget's path to disaster and death at an early age by getting on the road to ongoing health and wellness by starting today to break-free or avoid unhealthy habits, no drugs of any kind, and enjoy healthy and respectful relationships. Protect yourself and family from regret, grief, great sadness and sorrow.
Good "health and wellness" can help you deal with high stress and negative life-events by following a healthy lifestyles program, at all times. Unlike Bridget, you should seek a more or less 'normal' low-stress home and family environment, which Bridget sadly lacked, and was especially significant and damaging during her last few years.

Accomplishing your health and fitness goals by getting on the road to optimum health and wellness, combined with greater longevity. We all know by now all foods are not created equally. The best food sources are whole-grains, fruits and vegetables (organic food is preferred).
Your food should be free from toxic by-products and other negatives like saturated fats, high sodium, high acid, food dyes, artificial ingredients, additives and nitrates. Years of research has clearly shown vegetables, fruit and whole grains are the body’s recommended food sources for optimum longevity.
Full of nutrients the body needs to heal itself and operate properly the top of the food pyramid will give you the most impact for your efforts when it comes to essential nutrients. Good reasons to increase your intake of fruits and vegetables include, helping to supply our bodies with much needed energy, improving the immune system to diseases, and overall mental health. Utilizing a good diet plan is important.
Much like a car your body is built for optimum performance thus good maintenance, fuel and good care are needed. Simple, right? Then why is it greater obesity and other diet related illnesses exist and are increasing in magnitude. We are often not taking good care of what we are putting in our bodies and thus expecting results which are not realistic. We need to be champions and caregivers to our bodies and perform the fundamentals of overall body care by dedicating yourself to a good diet for overall best health.

Naturally these will be altered if your circumstances are not so typical. For example, if you are already thin and you work out a lot, then you can ignore many of the rules related to fat and cholesterol, since your body can actually use them (at least to a degree).

A healthy diet and lifestyle will provide you with all of the energy and endurance to meet and exceed the challenges of everyday life. All you really need is provided by nature and at the top of the food pyramid in whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A balanced marine diet can be a good choice for a nutritional diet, with its lower calories and low fat.
If you are trying to lose weight ASAP, stay in good physical shape, a desire to get more fit or maintain being in good shape, remember to handle your body like you handle the care of your car. Choose the right fuel to keep your engine running for a long time. Don’t short-change yourself or your life by fueling your body with damaging foods and other activities which reduces your opportunity for a long, happy and healthy life and healthy family lifestyle.

Staying Healthy and Fit while you Travel or go on Vacation
Because you are a busy person with lots to do everyday, does not mean you don’t have time to stay fit and healthy and keep in shape while traveling. Excuses do not keep you fit and healthy to keep up with the demands of your busy life. If you are a member of a health and wellness club ask your health club if it participates in privileges at other workout facilities. Guest passes to other spa, fitness and athletic clubs are sometimes free for a day. Your hotel may also offer free passes to area health-clubs.
Asking at the front desk may open your eyes to many possibilities for a healthy workout away from home and you will find out exactly what your exercise options are. Lots of hotels at least have treadmills or similar machines, which are much better than simply laying in bed and watching TV during your stay. When traveling just remember almost every town has a YMCA or YWCA. Locate the yellow pages in your hotel room and give them a call. Again, there is now no excuse to become a traveling couch potato. Opportunities for you to take care of your fitness needs abound in all of your business and personal travels.
You can always get creative by doing some running or jogging in the neighborhood where your hotel is located. Or maybe by using your hotel room as the gym of the day. Exercising in your hotel is an easily and very convenient way to make certain you get in your workout without missing a beat. Before you leave for your trip pack some collapsible hand weights or elastic exercise bands or other equipment is made for travel, and turn your hotel room into the indoor gym it has the potential to be.
There are a number of good exercise activities ranging from sports, swimming and water-aerobics to simple exercise like using elastic bands, which are good for resistance workouts without lugging around heavy dumbbells where-ever you go or travel to. Use chairs and other pieces of furniture to your advantage to satisfy all fitness needs.
Body weight exercises are enough for a great workout. Combine crunches, push-ups, and leg ups. You won’t exercise lots of muscles using only body weight but you will at least be able to work on endurance and heart-rate.
We understand working out is not as easily done when you are in route to your next destination, so if your time is extremely tight and you don’t have time for a complete work out. There are other alternatives to not working out at all. Stretch in your room, take a long walk. I bet the hotel is just as nice on the other side of the pool. Speaking of pools, you could always rely on the water for great exercise.
We strongly recommend you participate in power walking in the pool, water aerobics and swimming, which are fabulous (but relatively easy on the body) workouts for basically every muscle in your body. With all of these ideas for a good work out, if not the best work out you’ve ever had, you should no longer have any excuse for not continuing your fitness routine while traveling. Just remember it doesn’t really matter where you are when you do your work out but you do your work out where you are. And if you can’t do the exact routine you are useful, just take solace in the fact you are getting a workout.
Healthy Eating for a Healthier You
Being a healthy eater requires you to become both educated and smart about what healthy eating actually is. Being food smart isn't about learning to calculate grams or fat, or is it about studying labels and counting calories.
Healthy eating is all about balanced and moderate eating, consisting of healthy meals at least three times per day. A healthy eater consumes many different types of foods, not limiting themselves to favored or specific food types or food groups.
