Dear Friend, In an email sent earlier today I said you would get CTCN's Electronic Issue by tonight, New Year's Eve. Due to a problem with my ISP or perhaps my Phone Connection (I do not believe related to Y2K in any way) I was unable to send it. However, I should have the problem resolved soon and will send it ASAP. By the way, isn't it amazing how there have been basically zero reported Y2K problems from all over the world (as of 11:25 PM EST). Even Russia and the Third World Countries apparently had no problems from what I have heard by listening on and off all day to the superb New Millennium coverage from ABC-TV! It's really hard to believe! P.S. Due to my apparently ridiculous Y2K fears I stayed home tonight with my wife. Also, what am I going to do with all my Y2K Stockpiles of food, canned goods, water, propane, gasoline, candles and misc things!!
