- 1 Bag of meatless crumbles
- 1 Can of sloppy joe sauce
- 1 onion diced
- 4 toasted onion hamburger buns
Saute onion in saute pan - add meatless crumbles and can of sloppy joe sauce - cook until hot - spoon on toaster buns - makes 4 servings

Eat the right fats and carbohydrates for a healthy diet.
Eat the right proportions of food groups and calories, and include olive
oil as your main source of healthy fat.
Your basic everyday eating pattern should consist of the following foods:
60% of your food intake should include Carbohydrates From Grains, Fruits
And Vegetables - which includes whole rice, fresh vegetables and fruits,

A secret to a healthy diet and longevity is basing meals on healthy carbohydrates
- leafy green vegetables, brightly colored vegetables, whole grains and
meals. Use meat sparingly - no more than a few ounces per day. Derive dietary
fat from vegetable sources - or from fish oil. Exercise regularly to rev
