RE: Dispute and Investigation Requests

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please accept this letter as a written request to dispute some accounts/information of items appearing on my credit report. To prevent any confusion, I have listed the items and account numbers separately.

Account 1 #XXXXXX- This account is past the reporting stature of limitations.

Account 2 #XXXXXX- This account is past the reporting statue of limitations.

Thank you very much. It is my understanding that, per the FCRA, these investigations must be completed within 30 days of your receipt of my request. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your prompt attention to these matters.

Sincerely

XXXXX
